Full Kitchen Remodel in Grafton, WI

The original kitchen in this Grafton, WI home had reached a point where cosmetic updates were not enough. The layout did not work. The wiring and plumbing were outdated. The space felt closed off from the rest of the home. It needed more than new cabinets and countertops. It needed to be rebuilt from the ground up.

Jason Neu assessed the kitchen during the initial consultation and identified the scope: a full gut renovation, down to the studs. Every surface, every wire, every pipe, every fixture would be removed and replaced. A structural wall separating the kitchen from the adjacent living space would come down, replaced by an LVL (laminated veneer lumber) beam to carry the load and open the floor plan into a connected, functional layout.

The living room and hallway adjacent to the kitchen also received a refresh so the finished result felt cohesive, not like a new kitchen attached to old rooms.
